If you would like to buy tickets to the 9/11 Museum Workshop Tour, you can use our online system. Reservations are required. If you have questions or wish to make your purchase over the phone, please Email us at groundzeromuseum@gmail.com or call us at 347-225-7779. You can also text us at that number. We also accept the New York Pass and New York Explorer Pass. Text us a screenshot of your pass with QR codes and date/time of your tour request and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Space permitting, we will accept walk-ins. If more than 6 guests please email us.
Due to Covid-19 Rules, face masking must be worn while inside the Museum if you are NOT vaccinated. Vaccinated guests do not need face masks.

Please Note: The 9/11 Museum Workshop Tour is a hands-on interactive in-depth audio tour and is completely separate from the 9/11 Memorial Tour.
